Experience a true “Fish Meats Field” meal during Restaurant Week Hawaii with a limited time, 4-course menu created just for the occasion.  Each of the courses on the menu features ingredients sourced from local purveyors that are some of the best in the country, if not the world.

Begin with a smoked trout Caesar, using Baby Romaine from Mari’s Garden. Then move on to a fresh Crudo featuring Hawaiian Kanpachi, a fish that is solely and carefully produced by environment-friendly, Kona-based Blue Ocean Mariculture—the most sophisticated hatchery facility in the United States. For the main event, Kauai Grass-Fed Flat Iron Steak from Makaweli Ranch, who prides themselves on humanely raising 100% grass-fed cattle in one of the world’s cleanest and most isolated environments. And no meal is complete without something to satisfy your sweet tooth. The Chocolate Butter Mochi course sources chocolate from Waialua Estate, who produces rare, World-Class Award-Winning Chocolate made from pure Hawaiian cacao grown exclusively in volcanic soil on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii.

This whole menu, created just for Restaurant Week, will be served during dinner service from November 9th-18th, for $65. Carefully selected wine pairing options are also available for $15.
