On Tuesday, January 16th from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. join us at Herringbone Waikiki as winemaker Theresa Heredia comes to the islands to showcase her newest vintages of Gary Farrell wines. First Course:
1 Fish 2 Fish 3 Fish- Trio of Locally Caught Fish with notes of Meyer Lemon, Yuzu, Macadamia Nut
Paired with 2015 Russian River Valley Chardonnay

Second Course:
Hokkaido Scallop: Winter Lentils, Wild Spinach Puree, Razor Clams, Charred Anjou Pear 
Paired with 2014 Olivet Lane Chardonnay

Third Course:
Blackmouth Salmon- Keawe Smoked Maitake Mushroom, Winter Peas, Black Cherry Relish and Pickled Citrus
Paired with 2014 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Fourth Course:
Hibiscus Poached Pono Pork- Pickled Swiss Chard, Root Vegetables Seasoned w/Nutmeg and Cinnamon Compound butter
Paired with 2014 Hallberg Vineyard Pinot Noir
