The crack of helmets, the crisp February air, and plenty of grilled food to go around. If this sounds like your kind of Sunday morning, have we got a treat for you!

The Big Game is around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited. We’ve got our drop-down screen, plenty of TVs, a fresh Salt & Brine Bar, endless drinks, and a sizzling grill out back, and we’re ready to party!

We’ve turned our regular weekend brunch into a Game Day Tailgate Brunch, so in addition to our bottomless beverage packages and endless brunch items, we’ll also be serving up hot dogs, burgers, fries, lobster rolls, and other game day specials depending on which teams are playing.

So instead of hosting a giant party at your house and having to cook and clean for all your friends, join us at Herringbone for the Big Game. You’ll be glad you did!

Fun Facts about the Big Game:

-Roman numerals are used because a football season runs between two calendar years

-72 different balls are used during the course of the game, which is .01% of the number of footballs produced for official use each year

-The Big Game is the second most-watched sporting event each year, with over 110 million average watchers (the first most-watched is the UEFA Soccer Champions League, with over 400 million!)

-As you’d probably expect, a 30 second national commercial during the game runs around $5 million

-17.7% of adults say that advertisements are the most important part of watching the game

-Over 300 million gallons of beer will be drunk on this particular Sunday in February (we might even have a gallon or two ourselves!)

-In an effort to keep things fair, a host team has never played in the Big Game in the same year that they host it. Maybe this year, a certain Minnesota team could break this tradition!
