Herringbone Los Cabos Will Open its Doors on February 23
The wait is nearly over. Herringbone’s first international opening will start serving its signature coastal cuisine in Los Cabos, Mexico on Friday, February 23. Situated within Vidanta Los Cabos, Herringbone Los Cabos has been reimagined as an airy Mexican beach house with views over the resort’s pools down to the ocean.
The restaurant will offer a menu based around line-caught seafood and high-quality meats with a Mexican twist to some of the dishes. Fans of the original Herringbone in La Jolla, California will recognize many of the brand’s trademark design elements with living trees, lush vegetation and maritime artwork.
Herringbone Los Cabos will form part of a new entertainment district in Los Cabos. Developed by Hakkasan Group in partnership with Grupo Vidanta, Mexico’s leading resort operator, this new destination will also feature SHOREbar, Casa Calvera (a new restaurant brand) and OMNIA Dayclub – one of the first times this world-famous nightclub will open as a dayclub.
This exciting new experience will raise the bar for entertainment to new heights in Mexico and will launch with a Grand Opening Weekend from Friday, February 23rd through Sunday, February 25th. The event will feature some of the world’s most in-demand talent at OMNIA Dayclub, including Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum selling artist Calvin Harris, Steve Aoki and ZEDD.
