It’s that time of year again, and we couldn’t be more excited.
The leaves are changing, the temperatures are dropping, and that means patio weather is finally here!
It also means that Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Friends and family gather to show each other how much we care, and the best part – a massive, delicious meal for everyone to share.
At Herringbone, our guests are our family. That’s why we’re inviting you to share a meal with us on November 23 at Herringbone Las Vegas, where we’ll be serving some of your Thanksgiving classics and some of our new favorites.
For $65 per person, you and your family will start with a Harvest Chop Salad with romaine, bacon, farm egg, pear, cranberries, goat cheese, and white balsamic vinaigrette, our Salmon Tartare with cranberry, fennel, lemon, and olive oil, and Pumpkin Risotto, all served family-style.
Next comes the famous turkey, which we flavor with sage and orange, and garnish with white wine gravy and cranberry pear relish.
As if that wasn’t enough, to accompany this amazing feast, we have delectable sides like our sweet potato mash with marshmallows, and crispy green beans with almond, panko, and red wine vinaigrette.
And as the cherry on top of a perfect meal, our dessert will feature Chef Nick’s selection of Apple, Pumpkin, and Pecan Pies, with plenty of whipped cream.
Our Thanksgiving meal may not come the way mama used to make, but if you love it more than hers, well… We won’t tell if you don’t!
