You will first dip into a 2015 Chardonnay that is a complex white grape grown in Napa Valley’s warmer season. This 91 point Gold Medal Chardonnay will be paired with a refreshing Hamachi, and thus begins your winner dinner experience.
To cap your evening, another notable vintage will accompany our tender Prime Dry-Aged New York Strip. The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for two years in American Oak, as well as, earning a Gold Medal from the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. as you might see, this is an evening that your taste buds won’t forget.
