Meet our Chef: Brian Malarkey

A former Top Chef finalist and the winning mentor on ABC’s The Taste, Chef Brian Malarkey has grown to become a household culinary name with guest appearances on the Food Network, Travel Channel, Bravo, TLC, OWN and more. His award-winning “Fabric of Social Dining” restaurant concepts, including the Searsucker and Herringbone brands, have expanded to food-centric cities around the nation including La Jolla, and Santa Monica.

It's all about "Fish Meats Field," where farm fresh cuisine meets an emphasis on line-caught seafood and meats.

At Herringbone, we delight in pairing the freshest seafood and meat with seasonal produce to create delectable dishes that highlight the flavors of both. With fun twists on classic concepts, our farm fresh cuisine comes from a kitchen helmed by Chef Brian Malarkey.
